Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.

McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

I was also contacted. Must be doing a ton of hiring. There are some good threads kind of crapping on the culture, and would say their website seems to back it up…go look at their careers page where they have an about us bit. It’s very weird…verging on foolish for a company to put on their website. Basically talks about how much they work and how intense they are, and how you will be fired if you can’t keep up (in nicer words).
+1 - specifically strategy and operations manager role!
I got an offer from them which was well below what I was paid. Tried negotiating upwards with no luck. Then got called out of the blue by a more senior person to tell me that I wasn't valuing the equity portion high enough and that I was stupid for asking for more (in slightly nicer words). Said no pretty much on the spot after that

Wait really? I was told that they match consulting base comp in cash and then have a separate equity component, which seems pretty generous.
There is another thread around here somewhere about their culture - worth searching out. The same thread mentions a Wired article about Revolut’s culture which it might be worth Googling. I read it and what is described wasn’t pretty.
Phew, I got turned off by the take home assignment and backed out then. Sounds like I dodged a bullet
I was contacted by them too, interested in hearing experiences

Bumping this, anyone continued on with the process and able to provide any insight into interview rounds and or offers?
Have to do take home and problem solving. Not till after you pass a firm offer. It is a long process
