Question about credit scores and MBA loans. (FYI I know this is not mathematically the best option but want to do it to remove mental burden of student loans). Bought a SFH where I’d barely break even given the realtors estimate of 1.1k rent. Neighbor kindly let me know going rate was actually 1.6k.
