It’s been one of those days. Crying nonstop and feeling just AWFUL. The thing is, can’t even pinpoint what is giving me so much agony. Probably the current state of the world and my life but that’s largely unchanged since a month or so ago. So why does a day like today happen out of nowhere? Does this happen to anyone else? How do you deal?

Does anyone have experience breaking up w a therapist? I've been seeing my therapist for 5+ years for eating disorder treatment and we've been through so much together, but I don't think she's able to help me anymore. While I've stopped my ED behaviors, they've evolved into OCD, and I'm finding that her methods might be making it worse. I think I want to try an OCD expert instead. But I don't know how to end the relationship. Do I just stop going? Do I explain myself? I don't know what to do 🥺

Officially scared. I’m triple vaccinated (double Moderna, got booster about 2 months ago) and I’m in my third trimester and due in about 8 weeks. Folks without Pharma experience get dinged a lot when they try to apply for Pharma roles. Depending on the agency team structure, I’d like to think it’s better for a team to have a variety of experience (including Pharma of course)across Account/Strategy/Creative. Doesn’t everyone have to start somewhere? What is it about Pharma that is “unteachable”?

I don’t have many years of of experience on paper (graduated college 5 years ago) but I constantly get told that I operate at a level far above my title. My art partner left to be an ACD somewhere else and she wants to recommend me as her partner, INSISTS that she knows I can do it (and she isn’t the type to exaggerate). Thoughts on transitioning from a copywriting role to medical? I started as an HCP copywriter after getting my PhD. It feels like I’m wearing two hats and also serving as the medical lead for my team.
