My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter. He mentioned there will be a delay in releasing the offer letter since merging is happening right now. few days back I sent a mail to HR.. but no reply. and after that I received a mail stating they are no longer considering me for this position. Does this happen to anyone else ?

Is it difficult to upskill on programmatic (DV360, trade desk, Outbrain etc) or there are transferable skills from paid search and social?

Since I have no programmatic experience, I am looking to learn it.

Does anyone have any experience with $.01 being left in their traditional IRA after a back door Roth IRA conversion? I called my broker and they basically told me I can (i) take the .01 as a disbursement, (ii) convert that $.01 to my roth or (iii) they file an excess removal for it. Pros and cons doing a HDHP with HSA vs. regular PPO? Cost wise, I’m spending $18/month on the PPO and $20 copays per visit (I only usually do my physical and maybe 1-2 specialist visits). With the HDHP, I’d pay $0/month, would have to pay for each appointment given after $3000 deductible, but my company contributes $900 to my HSA. It estimates I’d pay $90/yr with the HDHP as I’d use the $900 to cover the costs vs. $345 with the PPO. I always see HSA emphasized here so confused what route to go
