The most harmful example I came across was bias in ML for the criminal justice system.

Hi All, I’m closing in on my 2 year mark as a PM. I started my career with a tiny startup that was acquired last year. My manager/mentor had his role expand with the acquisition and now has limited time to push me through mentorship. Curious if others have experienced this and how they confronted their mentors/found additional mentors?

I have about 15 years of experience in tech with 2 years as head of product in a startup. I'm trying to find a new leadership role which is proving to be very difficult. My applications seem to get rejected because I don't meet the "minimum X number of years in product" requirement. I feel confident about leading a product team and believe that I have a unique blend of skills which can be applied effectively to build successful products. Any suggestions on how I could land more interviews?
