All these are non-NYC/SF: 75k, 85k, 100k (C1), 110k, 120k, 130k, 140k, 160k (M1), 170k, 180k (SM1... Pretty sure but not 100%). There are diff numbers for MBA C3 hired obvs.
Ask a competitor and remove 25%
Lol @EY1, go away. We have standardized salaries in Strategy, its not really a big secret.
@EY1 why?
I flagged this and I'm not in HR
Analyst - 75K, Senior Analyst 85K
What is the bonus like in strategy?
Glassdoor
Year 2 and 3. Same idea for other levels.
M1 is 160.
M1 for MC or any level in MC (or anything outside of Accenture Strategy) is not standard. I M1 in MC is between 125ish to 140ish
A3 got it right, except SM starts at 200 and equity.
Pretty close. Only four C levels though. Numbers hold for SF.
...
75k for NYC is accurate too for strategy analysts
I believe bonus for Analyst was 8% this year?
Do you work for deloitte talent strategy? Should we flag you?
I can confirm I know at least one SM in strategy, NYC based who makes 180k.
This is all standard and that's great. Everything I can verify for analyst to manager. Manager is 160. C2 is 110. MBA comes in at C3 apparently at 145. What about non-MBA C3? Do they even out or is it 120. Because then that's terrible. Why does a new MBA with no consulting experience make 25k more than someone with upwards of 5. I know it's what the market pays but that's still crazy. Can an actual non-MBA c3 verify. Or a partner or something
Any idea what bonus %s looking like for S&G or CEP?
