Hi all 🙂👋🏻
Anyone here from any Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX Project? I have received an offer for D365 Advisory Consultant in IBM .
So wanted to know how are the projects, the wlb, how the management is in terms of work pressure, cooperation & support.
Would be great if I can get in touch with anyone in such a project 🙂

Hi Fishes, I just was recently offered a position at American Express as a Sales Acceleration Manager. However, I can’t seem to find a salary range for this role. I am waiting for the official letter but my hiring manager offered me $95k + 12%. I feel like they are giving me the lower end of this range as I’m going from an IC role to a leadership role with little to no experience. I can’t find the salary range anywhere. Anyone insight from someone working at American Express Banking Corp

WLB depends. ODDs can be tough, assessments can be tough, integrations and PI implementations are slightly better. I’m happy with my benefits. I can’t recall anything over the top but maybe I’m missing out on something. Medical has served us well. Comp has been discussed but you get a base that’s meh, then you get a bonus that’s great, assuming you’ve worked enough. The bonus is based on collections so hope your MD chased down those outstanding invoices. The rub is you’ve often got weeks leading up to a project or post where you’re working on prep or close out and not billing, this is where long term projects really help.
Great thanks for the advice!
