It’s non client facing and pay is considerably less than traditional consulting roles. WLB is supposedly great but that makes sense being that you’re a second class citizen in a consulting firm.
Ooh and WLB is not at all great. Huge billability pressure for little pay and 2nd class citizen (TA KT) in a 2nd class organization (KT). CF KT is higher profile but do the CT role for 1/3 pay. Stay away
I had a strong referral and really good interviews, but they ended up giving the offer to someone who had been in a KT beforehand. Also, the base salary was 45k, just saying this for transparency sake
