Keen to hear others insight here but something that made a huge impact for me yesterday was our director simply acknowledging what was happening and telling us to do what we needed to do to cope and process the day for the rest of the afternoon.
We’re so often afraid to give ourselves and each other time and space but knowing we could have that time as we needed definitely helped.
Most meetings today started with “how are you feeling? Would you like to talk about current events?” - again creating the space as needed to share and reflect.

Your experience really sums up numbers 1 and 2...I also think leaders need to spend a lot more time talking about number 3.
