I have this partner who doesn’t enjoy working with me because I do below avg work for her but she has little choice of foot soldiers. Ramping up at big law as a midlevel fully remote. I feel like I’m slacking. Although have some work and am on some teams, I’m not used to having free time and feel guilty using it to run errands. I’m always there to work on a project asap as needed, but still can’t kick the feeling. Anyone else been in the same position?
