I just started a new role and I'm already not feeling it. I think I'm just over consulting and ready to move to industry so I can have wlb. I've only been at my new role about 2 months, and have about 3 yoe total but is it too soon to leave?
I moved to US 5 years ago. Intra company transfer. I am fairly successful here however sometimes feel guilty of taking away American job. Why do I feel this? I have unique skill set. I think I deserve it. But stigma of offshor-ing American jobs (conservative media talking points) makes me sad. Thoughts? P.S. I make a lot of money so cheap resource rhetorics don’t apply to me.
I have a good life, good family, wife, kids, good job, and a good salary. But sometimes I feel that I want to take a Mulligan. In my mind, I replay my life from different points. 8 years old, 10, 13, 15 etc. All times when I see decisions I made affecting my life’s trajectory. I want to stop this but do not know how. Does anyone else do this? Any advice on how to stop?

I passed all four sections of CPA exam 3 months prior to completion of 1st year (Associate 1) experience in my current firm. Should I wait to complete 1 year here to apply for licensure or also ask another different CPA firm that I interned with (for 2 months) to sign my experience? Well there is no rush for licensure. Wanted to see if there are any other things that I need to consider? TIA
What does hitting rock bottom mean? Also I have no kids and single and hate my job. Should I take the risk of quitting : using emergency fund to pay rent to try and find something I like or just suck it up and work the corporate job?
I’m saying this because I care. If I were to go back in time, I would’ve gotten the vaccine. Please y’all get the covid vaccine. Months ago, those in my household got the vaccine and I did not due to fear to loosing a couple days of work and getting sick. A month ago, I got Covid and was hospitalized. I couldn’t breath - my oxygen level was 80. My fever was over 103. I was in so much pain. I couldn’t walk without the air tube and experienced other terrible symptoms. Covid also injured my back……
Struggling to even get an interview… 2 YOE as a sales specialist tasked with planning strategic playbooks with sales leaders and product merchants, training and coaching our sales force, plus creating/communicating content/tools that make them more effective. Yet in applying for any Sales Enablement role I’m getting turned down left and right. Anyone in a current Sales Enablement role or hiring a Sales Enablement role provide feedback on what I’m missing as a candidate?
What’s the base compensation range for senior business architect at salesforce within their CSG practice? Also interested in knowing their total compensation for the same role. Thank you
Is it worth it to have a Fidelity investment associate to manage your retirement 401K account? I am 25, have about 43K in my 401k, more aggressive type of investment. I’ve been using the one-size-fits-all target date funds.
