Does anyone have recommendations for good online coding bootcamps? Something to undertake in around 6 months or less and which is actually useful. Thanks!

I’m an analyst at a small(ish) REPE firm. We’re looking to unroll a pretty comprehensive Multifamily strategy and I’m tasked with hammering it out internally. Part of this is choosing a RE consulting firm to engage. We’re looking for people to gather a lot of data on various markets and create various economic reports. Also other data as needed to make a slide deck. Anybody have recommendations/personal experience at a consulting firm with Multifamily practice?

Absolutely rubbish management and appraisal cycle, after 10 months of rating and reviews, hikes are just announced, not even disclosed how much % for how much rating. They just kill your interests by giving you a support project where there is no growth in your earlier career days when you need them the most and want employees to to work for 10 hours.

How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? I am running into quite similar issues in almost all of the companies I have worked so far: Most of the senior engineers just exclude me in the important technical meetings whereas I am doing an important part (technical) of a project. They either think I am not knowledgeable enough for a particular task or just that I am good at doing some non-technical/manual task. I currently work in SaaS, and I recently got proposed a Customer Success Manager position there. I was initially looking for an Account Executive position, but I was afraid to be a bit bored, and not to be able to express my creativity enough in this position. From what I was explained, CSM would allow me to work in between several departments and to be very free.
In your opinion, should I wait for an AE role or are learning and growth opportunities bigger as a CSM ?

I want to leave my company, I'm not enjoying working under my manager. My mental health is in danger due to panic attacks. I would like to work somewhere else but I know that I should be strong in interviewing(leetcode etc) in order to continue pursuing software development. I'm studying on my own, and with a friend on Fridays. With all the studying im doing there are no signs of improvements. I feel like this is a sign to give up on trying to find roles in software development. Thoughts?
