Does anyone have the Drybar double shot or single shot drying brush? Opinions/thoughts?
Debating buying that or trying something cheaper first (revlon’s brush). Have medium length thin hair but a lot of it. Thanks!

I like the revlon brush!! Don’t waste your money on the drybar one imo. With any of these brushes clean the hair out between uses

I have the revlon too and it does the same! I have super bushy/wavy/freezy long Latina hair and it is an absolute magic wand. That said, my hair started falling off in clumps and it was dramatic. Be careful and stay vigilant when you use that kind of hot tool. And as tempting as using the high setting and straightening your hair in 25 min may be, don’t use the super high setting!

I noticed large fall hair fall out normally when just sliding my fingers through my hair, in scrungies, in the shower and confirmed it when I noticed my hair line receding. I went back to review it on Amazon and people with the same experience also posted their exact same concerns in the comments.

I have a drybar hairbrush. Use it to straightener hair. I have thick wavy hair. And works like magic. Takes less than 15mins and does not leave my hair brittle

I'm currently working in Architecture working on transitioning into UX Design. I took a UX class through UCLA Extension for a quarter and so far (from a fairly objective view) I'm ahead of the game than the rest of my peers since I already have a lot of transferrable skills like software & design skills. I'm planning to take one more quarter of class. Will that be enough to put together a portfolio along with architecture pieces?

Breakups: ladies have you ever left a relationship while the SO didn’t do anything wrong? I just feel he isn’t the right one for me after moving in for half a year now. I think ending things is the fair thing to do, but I’m bogged down by the logistics (moving out/ dividing our things/ making sure he has a place to move to, etc). The key thing is he didn’t do anything wrong or fail me, he just can’t support me emotionally and communicate in a way I know I deserve

I also haven’t traveled or gone on many social outings since last March so Ik that is taking a toll on me as well

My career counselor has seemed kind of cold towards me lately and I’m not sure why. Previously, she’s been someone I could count on to sponsor me, but she seems eager to get off our check in calls and hasn’t advocated for me in the ways I would’ve expected. For example, I went outside of our account for a stretch role and had walked through the logic of that decision (the role is on a high visibility project that could lead to more work, it’s a role meant for someone two career levels above mine

Ladies, love to hear your thoughts. I’m in my late 20’s with a handful of close gfs (most of them live far) but I have a history of losing girlfriends. I’m self aware to a fault and am very supportive/responsive but other than my core group, it’s hard for me to keep gfs around other than 6 month span. It’s happening to me again right now and it’s really hard, she’s going through something and pulling away/towards others when we have been VERY close before. Anyone else have this experience?

I’m dating someone new and it is going very well. He is kind, not high strung, with great values and shares my sense of humor. It is so easy and natural to spend multiple days with him.
Still I am having doubts because I think he isn’t very “intellectual”. To be clear, he’s intelligent! He is a great STEM role that requires an advanced degree. We share a love of reading as well. However he is not really interested in world affairs, does not follow the news closely, does not have a strong grasp
