Hi all, I’m a mom of 2 (2.5 years and 9 months). I’ve been with IBM five years as a data scientist and more recently as a product manager. I’m looking for my next role and I’ve been applying to jobs externally for about a month and I’ve only received rejections. I’ve struggled with postpartum depression during the first few months. I’ve been doing a lot better lately but I’m feeling these rejections are starting to get to me. Any PMs out there willing to share any advice or connect with me 1x1?

Ladies how do you manage your relationship when your spouse holds you to what you promised you would do before you got married but then you realize you can’t do it. Just need to vent. MIL came over for dinner tonight. Our youngest was fussing so she put her up. She wouldn't stop crying so I went up there...well no wonder, you have her light on! So I turn it off and play it off as a let's see if this will help. She calmed down and all was well. Then, she started fussing again so MIL went back up...and turned the light on. Didn't take her out of the crib or anything, just turned the light on and patted her back. Turn the damn light off and keep it off.

Please, no criticism on whether a 7 year old needs math tutoring. She told me she hates math- which she is totally picking up from other girls, I’m sure because we are a math positive home.

Looking for support & validation.
I’m divorced & have 2 boys, 6 & 4 yo. Last week I took the 6 yo for a pedicure and he chose blue nail polish, well aware that he didn’t have to choose any at all. FFW to this week. It’s a “boys weekend” (kids w/dad). Their grandad is also in town, since Wed. Dad has called to ask to have the boys in the evenings (i have W &Th, always). I have said “ok, but only if you don’t say anything negative about the polish.” So… they haven’t seen them. This hurts.

I'm worried that when he starts rolling over he'll fall off because they will have developed this bad habit...
