Same....I though getting to bed earlier would reverse the trend but instead I just sleep more. Have told myself I am going to try to start walking/exercising first thing in the am to see if it helps. Wish me luck on not pressing the snooze button 12 times.

Sounds like depression. Get outside talk to some people in person. Get vitamin D. It’s similar to cabin fever
