I had an interview with a company I am very keen to join. I have met with 3 people so far and will speak with one more later today. I felt very off today and I don’t feel I put my best foot forward. The conversation was with the companies CHRO and I’m going back and forth with myself with whether I should email her thanking her for her time and adding information about how I feel the conversation went. I feel it could be a double edge sword but curious what others think.

Looking for recommendations for an upcoming, remote real people production. Multi day shoot of real people, 6 - 10 interviews across the US, likely to require drop kits for self filming (interiors and exteriors) - because of variety of locations (and Covid). Production budget alone is around $200k +.
I’m afraid to start applying or looking for a new job (I like my current one but it’s not 100% on par with what I’d like to do). I’m in a serious relationship and my partner is excelling greatly in his career, so I must consider this if I apply to jobs outside of our city (really likely because we hate the city we are in and there are more opportunities elsewhere). If I applied it would most certainly be in other cities. How do you manage your career while also considering your partners?

Looking for advice … it often seems I am one click below the level I should be at given I joined consulting in my early 30s post MBA. Joined my current firm again as principal and often seems I can operate at partner level and definitely deliver and sell at one (10-15M year). Part of it has been pushing for it a lot and that I believe is not getting me the right outcomes. Any advice for partners that have been here? Just hit 40 as well.
