Tech Mahindra Hey guys, I attempted Hackathon by tech Mahindra (for jr java developer 1-3 yr exp). After 3 days I received a call from hr confirming that I have been shortlisted and took hr round on that call. Later I received a document verification mail asking for all essential docs which are required for joining, but didn't received any offer letter yet. When I cross checked mail address with my friend in tech Mahindra, he confirmed that such hr exists with same e-mail id. Is it normal in tech Mahindra?

I got a tattoo of a potato on my ankle for my tenth birthday. Overall, results have been mixed.
This gives hope for the rest of us
I have many colleagues (ex-industry and big 4) with tattoos, mostly on the arms, legs (and other parts not typically visible at work… but no neck/face tattoos). Overall not a big deal. You can also cover them when working w more conservative clients (e.g., banks). The head of internal audit at Disney (VP/CAE) has tattoos too!

I have a tattoo on my foot that is visible when I wear heels (which I often do). No one has said anything about it but I’m in the process of getting it removed
How come? Because you’re afraid of it looking unprofessional or some other reason?

Yes, and no, it hasn't.

My personal thoughts are that others’ tattoos are none of my business. If there is fabric over them, there’s nothing more you could do. If anyone takes issue with a covered tattoo, they should reconsider their priorities in life.
I got a tattoo of the Deloitte D on my face - got instant promotion for dedication to the company.
I know this is a joke, but I work for SAP and a few months ago, this post was floating around on LinkedIn where this lady got the SAP logo tattooed on her because of her dedication to the company.
