I forgot that I have 95k in a HYSA (0.50%).. should I invest if, move it to a 9 month CD (0.65%) or keep it in there? I don’t foresee using this money anytime in the next year.

I have about 70k invested and my portfolio is kind of random (majority in S&P, VOO, then a few shares in different companies.. I usually just put money in and don’t sell).

Anybody with a good understanding of NYC real estate market? I’m single, early in my career and looking to buy a one bedroom/studio apartment.
