Agile project delivery - Fact or Fiction?
The places I’ve worked at, as much as they say they delivery projects via agile, rarely achieve this (mostly waterfall with a small sprinkling of agile words thrown in for good measure).
Google / Facebook (Meta) / Amazon / Tesla / Apple / anyone else - please tell me that agile project delivery exists (and how have you made this possible in your company?)
Thank you.

I got 9 years of TE and 6 Years of Relevant Experience for the job. I am already making almost the same today. Do you think I am low balled? What is the best I can negotiate. Recruiter says it’s best and final offer! Kindly suggest!!! Google

Somewhat indirectly, but in about a year I’m seriously considering it. For now, I’m looking to start investing through helping real estate agents, contractors and architects get noticed through SEO connections in web design & development at DesignArt.io
Rising Star
I used to (had four single family homes before I quit) but after realizing that the vast majority of people scrambling to get into real estate barely beat / make even less than a standard return on a REIT ETF or simply lose a lot of money, I mostly got out of real estate and just started amassing typical index funds (including REIT’s) instead.
Happily watching the dumpster fire and stress people have from afar with a few taps on my phone. Some of course make an absolute killing in real estate and that’s great for them, but don’t be fooled. I buy cheap land here and there when my investment portfolio swells enough. Plots in areas like Huntsville, AL and Clarksville, TN have skyrocketed my portfolio over the years unlike traditional real estate.
I think, more than anything else, your post highlights the importance of luck in the real estate market. Places like Huntsville (great city btw), are booming thanks to defense spending, and the LCOL has attracted many people to such places during the Covid relo-boom.
To your point, there are far more stories of people losing or barely breaking even. As in all things, no one hears or cares about them, they only care about that 10x properly flip (that was purely due to luck and timing, as opposed to knowing something that others don’t).
