I’m a designer with about 6-7 yrs of experience (combination of in-house, agency, and freelance). I’m currently working in-house as the sole designer for a brand and making $66k.

On any given day, I do e-mail design, web/UI design, digital design/apps, social assets, events, video/motion, illustration, print, and packaging/display. The workload is crazy and I feel pretty undervalued (currently looking for something else).
