Total 2 rounds First round will be more technical atleast for 30-45 min or may be for an hour. Make sure whatever you mention on your resume you should be well versed with it. Second round will be Managerial one. Just "Tell me about yourself" question and few other technical/non technical questions and later it will be a salary discussion. You may ask for the project details.

Still waiting on an offer from an interview for an AmLaw firm that seemed to go extremely well. Cannot focus on work but I know it could take awhile with committees/meetings to approve etc. so I shouldn’t be waiting. Although it’d be cruel at this point but always a possibility it may not come at all.

Two questions: - has anyone chosen (as in not through redundancy) to change employers during the pandemic? - has anyone realised through management actions during the pandemic that they're not aligned with their current employer in terms of values? I was approached by a firm a few months ago and got three interviews deep before they decided I was too expensive for their current needs. However I don't like the values of our current mgmt and am thinking about starting conversation again.

I have Cleared the TCS Interview and all my TR, MR, HR is done by last Thursday. Got a Call from HR same day itself that he is preparing my CTC sheet and he will be sharing it as soon as he Gets Approval from Business. Its been a Week and my documents as well are Verified but haven’t got any email regarding offer. Have followed up with HR and he told that he is still waiting for some Business approval. Not sure if my profile will go ahead or do I need to wait for some more time.

Hi Fishes, I am currently working with TCS as PL/SQL Developer. I have 5 years and 6months of experience. And my CTC is 6.47LPA (Including 54k variable pay) . I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package? Am I doing a mistake? Going from PwC to Accenture for $45K more (113 Vs 158), and a role that’s better aligned with what I was doing before joining & what I want to be doing? I joined PwC for the experience and the exit opportunity it can provide me in the future, but it’s hard not to accept this role from Accenture! Decision need to be made by end of this week….

Big4 company wants me to tell my current employer (big client) that I am intending to join them and sort of get a soft approval. This is before even giving a written offer. I have no interaction with anyone from this Big4 co, nor has anyone associated with both companies has helped. This is all after interview, offer negotiation, offer approval. Does this happen?
