The recruiter emailed me saying I have to do another execution interview before they didn’t get “enough signal” the first time. What does that mean? Guys, One of my friend got offer for 23L fixed+3L variable with 3.7 yoe. (He is smart and hardworking, so deserving) But I'm still at 13L with same yoe. 1. Should I also start giving interviews? 2. Had an interview a couple hours ago and one of the questions was to talk about some other similar partner companies I've worked with and I completely blanked and only talked about one (although it was a significant one). Should I throw in names of some of the other companies when I send my thank you or just let it go? He didn't seem to keep pushing the question so I'm assuming my answer covered it. But probably would've been helpful to include more names for variety.
