Do you like to stay up late and work? I'm a night owl and with WFH sometimes I like to exercise late hours, but then of course I have to get up on time and send off the emails and questions first thing in the morning, because no one wants to hear from me at 3am. Anyone doing a better job at this?

IBM which is my current company also offered counter with manager position but with 25 lpa. I know hike and variables are bad in ibm.
