Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. I need to change where I'm at, but not sure how big of a company is really gonna hire me when I'm so new to things.

I currently work at Fidelity. It seems like they are always hiring for the role I'm currently in. All i have to say is that i LOVE working a fidelity, the pay, benefits, and all the other things that come with it. It is just an amazing company to work for. When I hit my 6 month mark I was offered a promotion. They love to see growth within the company and i will suggest to anyone to join Fidelity. It is an amazing place to be and i plan to retire from here.

While I may have the title of manager, I am still an individual contributor. The type of work I do involves quantitative analysis/data analysis/science.

Any suggestions as to what I should start with?
