Hoping for candid advice to get exceptional ratings. I want to apply to GSAP in 2 years and am curious if anyone had concrete advice of getting exceptional ratings besides making sure to work hard and take on responsibility. I.e. did you talk to your manager and ask if you’d receive an exceptional rating? Do you need to talk to a partner about that? Do extra and consistent “market” initiatives for partners and SMs you do client work with help you get the exceptional for client?

I need to figure out how to make a series of downloadable PDFs interactive. Things like checklists or expense tables that include calculation functionality. Client provided working examples but has no idea how they were created. Looked at acrobat but any active fields retain a light blue box, which I get is to indicate interactivity but samples from client are white. Indd seems to offer similar functionality but I can’t get it to work despite tutorials. Anyone have experience w a similar sitch?

Im working at a big multi-product company and we're having 5 dedicated product teams, however, teams are working in silos. Each team's has its own process, design system, technology etc. We identified that most of the teams use and need components that were already conceptualised, designed and developed, for our other products, and we are starting to create a global set of components, a global design system that we will use on all our products. What is your approach?

My new employer sent me a work laptop and today in an onboarding call, the HR said that all employer laptops have an ActivTrak monitoring system and anyone who is away for more than 20 minutes will immediately get a call about less than a number of hours. I am thinking of buying a jiggler mouse which keeps moving on the screen so that it keeps the status active but I'm not sure whether the laptop can detect this or not. I don't want to work under anxiety of this stupid rule. What should I do?

I’m in a final rounds of two companies that I potentially want to work for, Grubhub and Groupon. I recently had a recruiter from Deloitte digital reach out as well. At this point I’m not sure if I should reject the recruiter or go ahead with an interview even though I might be getting offers this month from other two companies. I’m honestly torn because they all seem like great opportunities and it’s absolutely wild to me how all three are happening at the same time for me.
