I'm working for a startup and 2 of the 3 founders just don't understand how things run, no active practising of any methodology, chopping and changing constantly. I like the work and I only work a 4 day week its a well paid role (£85k) and the freedom really does feel awesome. Recently they asked me to work a bank holiday, I really don't want to, but they are imposing a deadline which is hard to hit as they keep changing the work we need to do. Skimmed through case in point. Read Victor Cheng's book. Did some cases with peers. Still feel like I struggle a bit with being mece in my structure. Any tips? I'm getting nervous at this stage 😭😭😭. My approach for the interview is trying to be as structured and logical as possible.
