Does anyone in the UK use Haye Grades and know the salary range for a grade 20?

Hi, Hay is a method of evaluating jobs and scores in points usually in the hundreds. If you refer to a "grade 20" it’s the internal job level equivalent of Hay points. This varies from company to company. For instance in my own, our first professional job grade starts at level 10 which is 300 Hay points. Our job levels go up to 21, with a wide range of Hay points into the 1000s for our top job senior executive level jobs. So, can’t tell you a salary range for a grade 20 without knowing the equivalence to Hay points and the industry and job type.

Wow! I've never seen this broken down so clearly before! Thanks, HRM1--that was incredibly helpful.

I’m in a growth marketing position, handling mostly influencer marketing, for a startup and this is my first year working full-time. Hello fellow HR pros! I really need your opinions on HR certifications. I am deciding between PHR and SHRM-cp. I have read just about all there is online comparing the two and can not decide. My heart is telling me PHR, my mother in law (an HRBP) is telling me to go with SHRM, as it’s more widely recognized, more established and a larger network in general. I work for a 350~ company who is growing rapidly through M&A. Passions/interests are compliance, strategic vision, M&A, branding and culture
