Does anyone keep an excel spreadsheet to keep track of status for subpoenaed records?

Never been skiing before...where do you put your stuff (wallet, phone, etc)? Does everyone typically carry all of their things in their pockets or is it common to wear a backpack?

I’m currently making $104,000 as an HR Business Partner for a global tech firm of 1,000 people. I started with the company in November 2020, received 4/5 on my annual review this past year and received a 4% increase this spring. We recently added a few new heads to our Talent Acquisition team - The TA Lead and TA Specialist I come to find out are making $25,000 more than me. I’m extremely frustrated to say the least. I feel undervalued as an employee and taken advantage of. What should I do?

Hello! Hope everyone had a great weekend. I was thinking about getting a paralegal certificate before I apply for law school. I had several contract jobs in the legal field, but was never offered a contract extension.

I wanted to know if It is worth getting a paralegal certificate to get better legal job opportunities? If so, is it better to get a paralegal certificate from a community college better or at colleges such as UCLA and UCI? Or do employers not care if it is from a CC or UCLA/UCI

Does anyone have insight into Latham and Watkins? (Culture, comp, etc.) preferably if someone knows anything about their firms in the Bay Area but generally would also be lovely.

Been working for BL in Canada since my very 1st job as jnr paralegal where I started at 38k/y. Worked my way up the ladder from 38k to 41k to 43k to 60k to 65k to 72k to 88k to 91k which is the sal. I make cur. after 6 1/2 y.

Re the off. I accptd, I asked for 125k + bon. They offered me 110k and not less than 115,5k as at Jan. 1, 23. I neg. for 112,5k and not less than 120k as at Jan. 1. 23.

I recently received an offer from a bigger plaintiff’s firm and I accepted (due to start on the 26th). Today I received another offer to go in-house but my title would be Admin. Asst. (they are offering the same pay as the firm).

For context: firm is civil lit and the Admin. Asst. is in IP.
