What’s the salary range for an “Advisory Manager” role at Crowe in NYC office? 8+ years of relevant work experience

Is 140k good for an associate director role in planning, NYC market? 5 yoe. Currently making 100 which I know is low so I want to make sure I hold out for the right increase. Recruiter is telling me 140 is the top of their pay band but is that just bs?

So I'm at an agency and 80%+ of my time is new business. Pitch, win, set-up/semi-service until we get hires, move on to next pitch etc. (w/ fair share of losses too, of course). But I'm burned out. And while I'm valued, I don't see a return on my investments: personal time, my heart (I'm all in) and professional development. I get rewarded with small spot bonuses sometimes, but not a commission. So do I try to pivot to a real bus dev position? I feel confident I could. Anyone seen this done?

Seeking advice regarding our mortgage company not complying with our FHA Loan Closing Disclosure.Per FHA requirements, homeowners insurance has to be collected through escrow. However they've only been paying property taxes. This extra money that accumulated in escrow won't cover what's owed to insurance because property taxes and insurance went up. Thus leaving us with a large chunk of change that we will have to front. Had this been done correctly in the first place, we wouldn't have cared about up

Write the wrong thing. When you don’t know how to say it right, start with what’s too obvious, too low-brow, too high-brow, too corporate, too flippant, etc. You’ll be surprised how getting all that out of your metal bowels will liberate you, and give you something to pivot off or improve upon. It’s all about just starting somewhere, even if it sucks.
