So, I'm currently at a firm that has basically the local presence and connections that I've wanted to be apart of after leaving my first ever job. It's a local one. The down fall of it is they're not as structured. I may be biased because coming from a global firm everything was by the book. I've been getting scouted by other firms. Another global, and another local. Where I am now, the culture isn't a "vibe" for me. Should I stay, learn then leave? Or jump ship now? I've been here for 7 mos.

Going to Tahoe to ski in Feb. I have the option of a 1.5 layover in PHX or 3.5 hours in AUS.
