I appeared for the PDM on 26th May but still haven't received an offer from IBM. When I talk to HR she says background verification is completed but some sort of approval is required from client. When I ask about expected date then she says it is handled by other team and can't comment. Does this mean I will not get the offer?

Can schools start with virtual in August/September, then gradually when things get better (if and when*), turn back to full in-person? Love my kids but can't tend to them with busy season rolling in and they are just not learning with this virtual nonsense...
