Does anyone know D's 401k plan rules on after tax contributions? Trying to see if mega backdoor Roth is available.

Hello fellow fishes —I had fertility benefits in with consulting firm A and used one cycle worth of ivf. I then transferred over to consulting firm B (also with fertility benefits.). I chose blue cross blue shield for both companies and now ivf cycle round 2 shows that it would be subject to my first round of ivf funds used! anyone have experience with this ?

I’m a new fish, college hire. I’m doing 401k selection. My total student debt is 24k. I have no other debt. Rent is minimal, living at home. My 401k acc is with T Rowe Price. How much should I contribute. Suggested is 15% and max is 80%. Also, which is more beneficial long run, Pretax account or Roth (they didn’t clarify whether Roth IRA or traditional) so I’m assuming it’s traditional.
