Does anyone know fair earnings for distribution sales? I grew my accounts 400k last year and manage around 1.2m in accounts. What is a reasonable take home I should be getting?

It all depends on what you are selling.

Electrical products (wire/lighting etc). Average 25% profit on sales

~$60-70k in the my area for those sales levels. Which distributor?

Solar seems like a great gig to be in!

I have a friend making 72k at All Phase doing account management. CED owns All Phase. He's probably generating less than 2mil.

CED is tough every location is so different especially between regions and the traditional electric side and the solar side

Hi All,

I joined new company and my current salary is 11lpa(10L fixed + 1L variable pay).
I don't know about tax calculations and all.
They didn't deduct any TDS in my first month salary.
So when will they deduct TDS?

Please suggest for investment plans.

I currently work in Sales with the intention of moving over to marketing in the near future. I received two offers for BDR/SDR roles from
Sprout Social and Gong. Both salaries are around the same (Gong - base 63k + anticipated $25k in commission, Sprout - 55k base + anticipated $25k in commission).

I like both companies’ software and it extremely hard to decide which position will get me into marketing faster as it is not a traditional BDR path to take.

I’m currently an SDR & I am meeting my AE’s this week for the first time, any tips on how to build a good relationship with them?

Calling all the folks in the SaaS selling space. I genuinely want to know what makes having SaaS selling industry experience so unique? Here’s a little background: I was negatively impacted during the pandemic when working at a hospitality SaaS company as a CSM. Now I’m trying to work my way back into the SaaS space as either a sales professional or CSM but I feel like my six years of selling experience is being discounted because it wasn’t in the SaaS industry.
