HR called and informed that i have L2 round.. what they will ask in L2 round.. how to clear L2 round.. in first round they asked full basic concepts and configuration and now don't know what is the expectations in L2 round... The team will be over all analytics for the company. It is a 300 million funded healthcare startup and remote position. What total compensation package seems fair for this role? Currently, I am a EM at 200k TC. How should I handle it if they come lower than my current compensation?

I have offer of 16 LPA from Harman in IRI project bangalore. Is IRI project good? I have also offers from LTI of 17 lpa, Mindtree of 15 lpa and PWC India of 15 lpa. Which one should I go as my plan is to stay for 1-1.5 yrs and switch again?

MBB em level role vs. director level tech (non FAANG) exit? Coming from b4, roughly 10 yoe. I know it’s probably a personal preference thing but hoping to get opinions here. Tech role is $190k base plus a 30% target bonus. MBB role i got a verbal offer without a comp figure yet but my understanding is it’s around there, maybe 10-20% higher (or maybe much higher depending on bonus).

Didn’t fully expect to get the MBB offer honestly, but both beat my 180/198 b4 comp. Now i’m torn.

7 YOE, fresh MBA grad in July. I am currently making base 180K a year before taxes (comes about to 9.6K a month after tax). I am aiming for base 200K+ for my next role. I'm running into a weird Google Data Studio issue where it returns null values when pulling a long date range, but only for charts/tables that are using a blended dataset. The blend is a Location to Email lookup for RLS/Filter by Email, and it works perfectly until you extend the date range.

Any ideas what could be causing the issue or how to fix it? I would really prefer not to have to build a dashboard for each location, but the RLS/Filter by Email seems to be the variable that causes this...

I'm a new SDR and makes 50K base before bonus. If I meet quota 6 times or more the base increase to 55K & if I stay with my company for a year my base will increase to 65K.
