I have a recruiter showing me a general overview of FTI Consulting saying that compensation would consist of base salary + monthly qualified billables + 10% to 20% annual bonus. Do you have trouble when other people take full credit for ideas that were at least partially yours, if not steal it outright? I'm in a really competitive department, and it matters if I stand out, but I also don't want to become petty and don't even know how to take the credit back anyway.

‼️DATING SOMEONE IN COMPETING FIRM‼️Anyone have any experience dating someone that works at a competitor ? I’m a new hire and I’ve been reading the policies and it seems really strict. For ex:

(1) can a person at MasterCard date someone working for a competitor (AmEx) or merchant partner (any company that accepts MasterCard ex: Google) ?

And (2) If they CAN date, does this need to be reported to their leader and HR, etc ? (Most people don’t want their company knowing about their personal life)
