Once PERM is approved, is there a long wait time due to lawyer preparations before EY applies for I140?

Also does EY file for Advanced Parole automatically or you have to ask them? TIA!
What is advanced parole?!
How long it takes now to get the 140 stage? I just get started. Feel like it will take 1.5 years
It might take more than that. Currently prevailing wage determination taking about 5-6 months, perm approvals are taking 8-9 months and regular i140 processing taking 7-8 months. Recruiting efforts should take about 3 months. Add another 3 months of administrative processing by legal team. If above mentioned timelines stay same, you are looking at around 2 to 2.5 years.
PWD and Perm processing timelines are mentioned on DOL website. I140 processing timelines are mentioned on USCIS website.
Perm processing is extremely slow these days. People who filed perm in July/August 2020 are getting approvals in March 2021. I hope this changes after pandemic is over.
And above timings are without audit.
You need to pay for it
Yes if you pay for it..
For me they said they will apply
They said they did premium processing, I didn’t ask them for specifically
Even during a normal time it takes 2-2.5 years for EY Law from the beginning to getting a green card. Mine was started in August 2019 and they filed my PERM a couple of weeks ago. Hope things will get faster in the future. But keep in mind that EY's process is much slower than tech companies'. To answer your question, yes EY will file i140 pp if you're willing to pay out of your pocket or if you can get a business case
How much is the PP?
Wow, from 7-8 months down to 15 days seems quite worth it to me!
