Looking to make the jump from Account Exec to Senior Account Exec. Moving from Chicago to Milwaukee. Interviewing for an agency role. Long-term goal is in-house in 2-3 years. Currently making $55k. What’s a realistic increase? Should I ask between $62-68k? I’ve been told by an Account Director that some agencies are doing sign-on bonuses, too and should even ask higher. Your thoughts? BG info: 5 years experience in advertising and PR mix with background in digital marketing. Masters degree, too.

I am enrolled in google's project management Certification course. I will be finishing soon. I have worked on project from waterfall to agile lean six. I have 5 years experience, working front office (clinic scheduling, admin etc), currently back office (referrals, prior authorizations) , I have basic medical billing/coding knowledge & also provider credentialing experience. Hello devs of India, I am a fresher with 6-7 months of internship experience and soon to be FTE at 8LPA. I want to target 16-18LPA within 1.5 YOE; but I am extremely confused on what path should I move forward, shall I proceed to make projects and up skill my tech stack or start preparing for DSA. I can’t focus on both simultaneously or should I give a year to up skill and then start preparing and applying. Or provide your suggestions to help a confused rookie out.

What would you do?
My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
We have another company taking over in January, but I still have some pretty important dev needs until then and I can’t get him to do a thing. I truly try to give him all he needs.
