I didn’t think associates there had actual accrued vacation/leave days? When I worked there, it was the “take leave at your discretion but make your hours” mindset.
There are no vacation days. You can take the time you want, which is really no benefit at all.
LOL LBBS would never but there are no vacation days for attorneys anyway.
If you're in CA they have to.

Depends on the state/ employment handbook. Colorado, employers must pay out unused vacation under the law.
