Does anyone know if Snap is willing to negotiate on L3 offers for data science, or if I will risk them rescinding an offer if I ask to negotiate (but only asking for 10k more)? Had the latter happen with another large tech firm so want to avoid this mistake. Don’t have many data points on levels.fyi so want to see if anyone had experience with Snap!

Now I'm not so good at coding.

Anyone have reservations about leaving their company as the economic outlook sours with hiring freezes across tech? I have a few offers from firms like PayPal, Shopify, etc. - around 20% higher comp for companies with slightly better reputations as tech. I’ve been growing bored at Visa and definitely am underpaid, but wlb and job security are unbeatable. No dependent family members or visa requirements, 2 YOE, good emergency fund.
