Ladies who use the steamer bags for cleaning pumps… what’s your process? You have to still clean with soap and water beforehand? The bag is so hot you need to use mittens? Trying to figure out the easiest way to clean in office without making a scene. Something about the wipes makes me feel like I’d still need to rinse it. Both of these seem to defeat the purpose of having less steps imo. And how do you dry them? I’m used to just soaking in a soapy tub, scrubbing, then hang drying at home. Sigh.
For experienced realtors, how long have you been doing your job and why do you still love it? I'm fairly new to the field, but I'm excited for the future opportunities that I can already see!

What time does everybody work out?
Curious since ive been trying to balance full time work, studying for a CPA license and working out. I typically prefer "blocks of time" vs cutting it (example work 4 hrs, work out, go back to work). But curious what works for others!!!

Does anyone have any recommendations for walking/running shoes that are somewhat eco friendly?
I'm participating in a 10 km at the end of the month, and I'd like to buy the shoes asap so I can break they in.
I'll probably be walking the entire distance. My shoe soles were quite flat last year, and as a woman in her mid-30s, let me tell you my legs were not pleased after.

Re started calorie counting and rigorously working out and my weight has gone up 2 pounds in 1.5 weeks. Am I doing something wrong or is this normal? I'm trying to lose 10 pounds

I want to lose some weight by taking dancing classes as a form of cardio. Any recommendations on how do I split my week for my upper body/lower body/cardio(dancing) days? I am struggling to do a proper split as I am worried if I even have a room for my lower body days. I am assuming my legs are already going to be very tired because of the dancing classes. Can someone tell me if this is accurate? I’ve been aiming for 10k steps a day, but MyFitnessPal shows only 47 calories are burned from that. I know these apps are not 100% accurate, but that seems way too low for even an estimate
