Just got an interview call for Telecom consultant role in Infosys.

HR asked for video interview and I dont mind that. I replied the HR that panel also puts on their web cam. It's not a healthy way to communicate during inteview when panel remains on audio (and perhaps in their shorts and baniyan ) :D

And interviewing the candidate wearing formals.



Secondly, any tips sharks for the interview ?

Yikes, I was offered an interview for a nonprofit’s legal counsel position. Checked out the org website and I see that staff, leadership, and board of directors are all white. Like zero POCs. Should I even bother?

Any particular segment of sales good for ex-finance? Currently 3 years in at fortune 100 bank on business development side (on commercial loan originations team but no commission/targets at the associate level, basically do credit analysis and build pitch books for the producers) This role has been great as I have gotten both analytical experience and tasted sales experience (I say taste bc I’m not the producer) but would potentially like to transition to a sales role that is less analytical

I hate my current job (no longer at BCG). Have been interviewing but no offers except for current one, which I was originally relatively excited about until I heard the numbers. Worse than my current role at this toxic company. I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but I’m feeling very depressed, hopeless, and worthless. I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

I have an offer to join a Tier 2 consulting firm next year (entry level). However, it seems like they have over-hired and they are now pushing the start date back by a few months.
