Call around to music stores that offer piano lessons and universities that have music departments.

Katzen Arts Center and Kay Spiritual Center at American University. If you're not a student you technically can't be there, but the doors aren't locked on weekends and aren't patrolled as much on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Kay is a safer bet as long as no one is using the space. We got like 15 piano rooms at Katzen, just be discreet about it. GW requires a key card to get in the building, and as an AU student occasionally wondering georgetown's campus, I never found georgetown's practice rooms.
Other suggestions:
- Churches
- public/private/arts schools
- rec centers
- nursing homes
- music studios like Thomas Pandolfi's in Adams Morgan
- Join a chamber ensemble
- Accompany a choir
- Get into a recreational orchestra, and then by default you'll have legal and regular access to a piano
- Get a teacher who can suggest other places. I don't know how good you are, but if you're at like a virtuoso level, I recommend Yuliya Gorenman: she's an amazing pianist, teacher, mentor, person, and helped me overcome lots in my life - music and beyond. DM me for her info.

Other other suggestions:
- There's a nonprofit in Adams Morgan called Sitar Arts Center that engages at risk youth in after school performing arts programs, and you could see if they have any slots in the evenings for practice.
- Rent a Casio keyboard from the Steinway store. I think it's like $39/month. Or get a portable keyboard that you can rest up against a wall when you're not using it.
Just curious, what kind of music do you like to play? Got any favorite composers/pieces? I don't see lots of piano stuff on this app so it's cool to see other DC piano players!
I bought a digital piano with headphones. I paid like $400 for a Yamaha. A local family needed to get rid of it.

This. Also, Craigslist is also a good place to look for keyboards and pianos
