What does MCs actually do in Accenture. Specifically, if someone moves to MC 11/9 after mba + 2-3 years of ERP experience..what will the actual responsibilities be? Is it training+ OCM works?

This is a long shot - but I’m soon about to start a UX/UI program (6 months long). I’m hoping that I can incorporate my program manager experience with a UX/UI background to open doors for more opportunities.

Currently a medical assistant and considering the PA route. Living in Canada where the PA profession is relatively new (not as many specialities for PAs as the US, and salary is lower). I’m nervous about future burn out and unfavourable working hours - any advice?

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!

Did anyone transition from a Sales Ops role? Been at my company for four years and have done a little bit of cold calling, a lot of cold emailing but mainly designing and implementing systems for our company to use inside and outside of CRM. Want something more rewarding but dont know what a good transition would be.

Hey tech folks. I'm mentoring a software engineer graduate and wanted your opinion. I had him write out his 5 year goals to me and it's about finding his niche and specializing in 5 years. Would you say that's too early to think about specializing? My thoughts are to say it's OK if you find your passion and want to specialize, but it's also OK to generalize and pick up more skills and experience in different aspects of tech.

I told him if anything he should do managment engineering which he got accepted to. He also got accepted to Mcmaster- information management systems. Which in my opinion you get a bit of everything! However, I feel like I am still lacking in a strong competency in data engineering / pipelines /etc. I.e. if you asked me to help you build a database or series for your next product group, I wouldn’t know where to start. Can anyone recommend good books/courses on the subject?
