Would you take up an offer with a higher title and salary in a new city on a so so brand or stick out your “path to promotion” at your current agency? Was told they would push for my promo to happen in 5 months. Should i bring up this offer to current employer or would that burn bridges?

Don’t think I am ready to move but the title and salary is guaranteed so don’t want to lose out on a golden opportunity ya know?

Hi ladies. I have migraines pretty much every month that last for dayssss. It's always either on my right temple or left temple. I get a stiff neck with it too. I got blood tests and CT scan done. Everything came back healthy and normal. I don't think I'm stressed. I can't figure out the life of me what causes it to prevent it from happening. It's really annoying and painful when it throbs. Do I need to see a specialist? if you have this problem too, what has helped mitigate it?

Wanted to learn as this is something new to me but what are some best practices of programme management?

How have you used LOMS successfully? I’ve gone through 6/8 LOMS cases but it’s hard to map them to the ~25 min MBB case interviews I’ve had. For example, there’s no real time spent going through a structure upfront in LOMS. It’s also heavily focused on profitability. What have been the most helpful takeaways for you?

Have an offer to interview at MBB but am simply not ready as haven’t had any practice fir case interviews and still super shaky on my structuring. Should I try to delay or confront the inevitable?

Do you generally:

A) Apply; then practice casing (after securing initial interview)
B) Practice casing; then apply when you feel ready
C) Mix of both
