Currently have two extra curriculars:

-Alumni leadership role
-long-term volunteer for a micro finance organization.

I’m thinking about doing a third pro-bono project for a few months but not sure if it’s worth my time if I’m already doing two others.

Would three be too much to list on a B school app?

Do you think all these violent and hate filled attacks are because people aren't getting the emotional/mental support they need, whether it's therapy at any age or help they needed but didn't get from a social worker as a child? My coworker is sure this is the case, but I honestly think there's actually something deeper wrong either with how these people are being raised as children, or how the warning signs these people give off are ignored or swept under the rug to save face.

My offer letter from HCL has two variable pay components-

Do I expect the second one to be paid monthly and the first one once a year?
Also they have flex basket and food wallet, are these also paid monthly?

Lateraled and was told orally that hours would be annualized to include bar leave (lateraled to a new state). Multiple partners orally said “you get credit” for the time you were away. Found out two weeks before EOY that the bar leave weeks (4) didn’t count. Couldn’t make it up in time, about 120 hrs shy of a bonus, got no bonus this year. Worth fighting it?
