Does anyone know of, or have referral for, large firms who are very remote-friendly? I live in rural NC and am 1.5 hours near the closest office of many firms like Kilpatrick, DLA Piper, Womble.

Does anyone have any color on Bain Capital's WFH policy? Also, is the firm friendly towards analysts/associates exiting to HFs, or do analysts/associates recruit for those roles in secrecy? If anyone has any insight from another MF, that would be appreciated.

Can anyone give insight on what your company is doing moving forward with vaccine mandates and work from home permanently? My team was given the option to work from home perm if they wanted. A lot of companies I’ve heard are doing the same thing and allowing people to wfh permanently but also have heard some companies are still going to push vaccine mandates for in office employees. What are your thoughts out there? If I make a move at this point it would have to be a remote job.
