I'm at EH and love it--would definitely recommend, depending on what you're looking for, OP. Company has great culture and benefits, and very reasonable work/life balance, in my experience.
I love it. Made the switch. Never happier.
I am a former Eagle Hill employee and had a great experience there. High quality people and work. The downsides are that salary isn’t competitive with larger firms, and you have the typical challenges of a small firm in regards to staffing and at times winning contracts (though being women owned does help there). Overall I would highly recommend them.
I’m passively job searching when I came across a post for a senior associate consultant position at Eagle Hill Consulting. The description and company culture ready caught my attention.
Has anyone worked there or know anything about them?
I don’t. But good on you for finding a woman-owned firm.
I did some research last year as I was job hunting to find a firm in which their ELT had more than one woman- and wasn’t the Chief HR. Sadly, it was a challenge I had to give up on after researching 20+ firms.
I’ve seen two of my senior leaders (SM and MD) join them in the last three months. Two I respect a lot!
