Due to carrier gap and age factor, she is not getting a chance to prove her in interview.

Need opinions! Was having a hard time jumping from ER to Corp Dev (despite 10+ years experience and an MBA), so I took a hybrid FP&A role doing the modeling for a Corp Dev team in industry. Actually getting some deal experience as well, but that’s mainly just the modeling. I’m worried I won’t be able to move to a director position unless I can take a bigger role on deals.
