So I joined IBM five months back and just a week back I got a project.

Since my shift is 11:30 am - 8:30 pm, I started clocking in my hours in Workday from previous Monday for shift allowance and its pending for approval with my people manager.

I am a career nanny who previously owned and operated her own nanny referral agency in Hawaii for five years...then Covid came along and wiped it right out of business since March 2020. I feel like my entire identity has been taken from me especially with Covid and vaccine mandates. I was on contract with Amazon and in the process of converting to an FTE before it got halted due to them putting a pause in hiring/converting.

I have a lot of experience in coordinating in many aspects and internal/external customer service. I need another job but don’t want to stay in the RC space but don’t want to go into customer service either (it truly makes me miserable).
