Does anyone know the Nestle recruiter for comms? Saw a position I’m interested in.

I’ve been offered a position that I’m really excited about. Their initial offer was 10K more than the top of the salary range they gave me for the position when I asked during the interview process and at the top end of the salary requirements I set for myself. My partner thinks I should still negotiate for more even though I’m happy with the offer. Am I an idiot if I don’t negotiate in this case? Realistically, I don’t think I’d get much more than that, but should I negotiate out of principle?

What salary should I be looking for in the role of an IAM Analyst? Working on breaking into Cybersecurity and feel that role is a good start for me. From what I found online in the Dallas area, I could start out making $96k but my best friend says that seems a bit high.

Had meetings with the GM and manager yesterday to sort it all out.. then they were having a meeting later that day to finalise everything..I follow up this morning and get told..“nope we are now not in a position to negate down, you need to work your notice in full”

Anyone have examples of creative KPIs/goals to measure the impact of PR that go beyond just coverage numbers? I have a client that is a little too black & white with our KPIs. While my team has met the coverage expectations, we want to show the bigger picture impact of the media rel. program - i.e. relationship-building, inbound media opps, organic coverage, inbound sales or web traffic (that one’s probably a stretch).
